Invoke Wisdom uses artificial intelligence to help you find quotes, stories, and principles relevant to real-world challenges. The App is designed as a tool for reflection and learning.
All wisdom content in the App is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you should be aware that:
You are responsible for independently verifying any content before relying on it in professional, academic, published, or consequential contexts. Invoke Wisdom is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
You agree to use the App in good faith. You may not:
Any personal notes you add to saved wisdom items remain yours. This content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the App's features.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App depends on third-party services (including AI providers) that may experience outages or changes outside our control.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, data loss due to device issues, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
The Invoke Wisdom name, design, and original code are our intellectual property. AI-generated wisdom content is provided for your personal use. You may share individual pieces of wisdom as permitted by the App's share functionality.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to restrict access to the App if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
